Our History
The company is founded by Mr. Raul Pobadora, CSP. He is a member of the Philippine Society of Industrial Security (PSIS) and a Certified Security Professional. He is also a certified Mikrotik Router Engineer – Cert. ID # 1901RE1691 (MTCRE ) and Network Administrator – Cert. ID # 1901NA1582 (MTCNA ), Ubiquiti Wireless Administrator and Wireless Specialist. These make him fully understand the risk and advancement to protect and ensure information or report transmission security.
These three (3) essential pillars of security (Physical, Personnel, and Information) are all in our engagement and to various clientele.
Physical:
Physical security describes security measures that are designed to deny unauthorized access to facilities, equipment, and resources and to protect personnel and property from damage or harm (source: wikipedia). We are serving companies, particularly security agencies in a form of consultancy as 3rd party evaluator.
Personnel:
Personnel Security means the procedures laid down for screening candidacies of the persons applying for a job to which our company is currently providing solutions of the subject matter for more than ten (10) years in different industry classification and level.
Information:
According to oxford dictionary Information Security is the state of being protected or a process to protect against the unauthorized access of information, especially electronic data, or the measures taken to achieve this. CCBIS is working hard to protect the information entrusted and stored to us, especially during report transmission. We are also preparing for the challenges incased of disaster or act of God to keep our files and data’s in secured, remote and offsite storage in the form of a cloud system with access 24/7. Our reports are sent through an encrypted transmission without physical attachments and with a defined validity range for additional security.

Our team for information security is also taking advanced steps and aligning our approaches to ensure total protection as desired against external threats, which include UTM’s, advanced firewall systems, and cloud-based storage.
