CCBIS management is not reluctant in its commitments to customer to provide quality, efficient and cost effective information for pre-employment screening to aid them in making accurate decision in hiring process of potential applicants. Thus, CCBIS decided to take another steps to ensure that the data is highly protected through a double security protection from the documents and also over transmission protection system anticipating any untoward incidents that may possibly occur in the future.
Unified Threat Management System (UTM’s) is one of our most considered protection in which we believed that this system may fit to address to the current security threats. This system is combined with Intrusion Detection (ID) that beep us in case our server is attempted to intrude.
User’s Mobile Profile System:
This is one of the considered features in our security program to ensure that our personnel will be uninterruptible in their job function despite any adverse situation of local work stations. The personnel can simply log-in to other available work stations in the network through their assigned profile to continue their respective tasks.
Data Transmission:
Part of CCBIS data recovery program, our cloud-based storage is also utilized for data transmission protection with at least one year retention program.
Our transmission systems eliminates physical attachments to ensure that the data and its information is highly protected in cases of redirection and possible access of unintended recipient.
Client will be notified about the attachment and its document type from the sender and provided with the special link to the specific document storage with time protection validity.
Customers with High Volume of request may avail the a special 12G cloud-base space so we can ensure the total security protection in all threats including disaster preparedness.
